Logistics
- TK was unable to start the gotomeeting (did not have permissions).  TK emailed
Ilkka (off until October) and Greg B (OGC) for support.  As a workaround, TK
provided WebEx.  CM was able to dial in however MG was unable to dial into the
toll-free or local area code and thus was unable to join the meeting
- TK and CM had brief discussion and MG provided updates via WebEx chat
